Welcome to Roundtable!

Roundtable is a cross-server, cross-faction guild that allows past, present, and future guild leaders/officers get together and discuss any issues that they may be experiencing and see how other guilds deal with it. Everything from guild involvement and events to instaces and loot is discussed. This is more a "Chamber of Commerce" type situation where we exist to proivde information and discussion. How you apply that to your guild, is completely up to you.

I think Blizzard has finally realized that those top 10 guilds are a completely different species from just about everything else in the game. Their players are so much better, their methods so effective, that they're not worried about them clearing things now.

Instead, Blizzard is looking at the longer tail, and that's a great strategy.

I think the concept of raid extension is a double edged sword.

On the one side, we have the great benefit to guilds, who raid a few nights a week, and will be able to push further to the content they can't reach in one weeks worth of raiding.

The other side is the top raiding guilds, who will be clearing the content at an even faster pace than they are now.

And Rip,

I personally detest that term. I've ripped people up for using it. I have a raid member that has been eyeing an officer position who uses that term constantly. I told him that was unacceptable, among othe things
